Hi,

What you can do is on the product page, you can add custom fields:
demo.hikashop.com/index.php/en/hikashop/product-page/with-form
So the customer would fill the form, click on add to cart, change the information in the form, click again on add to cart, etc.

There is also an event entry system :
demo.hikashop.com/index.php/en/other-features/event-entries
Which is closer to what you're talking about but it can only handle one form. So if you have different products you want to sell, it won't work for you.
