Checkout workflow configuration layout

The Checkout Workflow configuration page is not laying out as expected, and I can't remove/rearrange views. Here is a screenshot of what it looks like for me, using the stock ISIS administrator template:

FYI, I've checked Display > Views in Hikashop and none of the views have any customizations listed (there are no garbage can icons in the Remove Customizations column)

I've actually deleted the entire administrator/templates/isis directory, downloaded a new copy of the Joomla source, and copied the original administrator/templates/isis directory into place. This did not fix the problem, unfortunately.

Nevermind, I just noticed you were referring to an option within Hikashop's configuration, not the Joomla template.

For anyone else who has this problem, the option is located under System > Configuration > Display > CSS. I just had to change "Back-end CSS File" from custom to default.
