The customer's Order creation notification is going to the Admin

-- Joomla version -- : 3.8.10

Hello, When an order is placed on my site the ADMIN is getting three emails:

Order creation notification (should be going to customer)
Order administrator notification
Payment Notification


I confirmed this in the email log - the customer is not getting an email.

In further testing it appears the customer's order conformation email is actually going to the email address configured in the field: "Payment notifications email address"

I reinstalled Hikashop and now when i attempt to login or continue with checkout i get an error page! :

0 Class 'dbug' not found

Looks like were up and running and emails are going where they should. thanks guys
