Checkout procedure gets stuck after first step

HTTP ERROR 500

Hello

I'm trying to configure the checkout-proces. First step (cartview) works fine. When pressing the next-button ('Volgende') a HTTP 500 - error appears. According to my Hikashop configuration the shipping-methods should appear in step 2. But that doesn't seem to work. How can this be solved? What causes the HTTP-500 error?

While debugging i get following message: Fatal error: Class 'dbug' not found in /data/sites/web/voelbe/www/administrator/components/com_hikashop/helpers/checkout.php on line 356
