Hi,
If the emails are in the email history, it means that HikaShop sent the emails to your email server.
So either there was a problem at your email server (for example, it doesn't support the charset selected under the Emails section of the HikaShop configuration, or some other setting there), or your email server actually sent the emails but they were blocked as spam by the receiver email server.
The test email from the Joomla configuration is a really simple email, without HTML, without multiple parts, etc. So it's less likely to encounter an issue at your email server or be recognise as spam. If the test email works, all it means is that the email settings in the Joomla configuration are correct.
So the best is to do a screenshot of all the details of one of the emails you didn't receive from the email history of HikaShop and contact your hosting support and ask them why the email was not received. They should be able to check the logs of their email server to tell you what's wrong or if the email was successfully sent. And if it was sent by the email server, it means it's probably spam issue. In that case, you can try sending the email through

to test the spaminess of the email and see what you can do to improve the situation.
