Address fields don't appear

Hey,

I consider myself as a quite experienced Hikashop user, but I can't figure out why address fields don't appear in my shop. I get errors on checkout proceed:
"Enter a billing address
Enter a shipping address"
but there are no fields to put the data. The same in Protostar.

I attach a screenshot of my settings. What is wrong?

OK, I think I have it. I had to add a Login view. Sorry for bothering.

Hi I have the same issue, but I do not want a login in option, I want all customers to go through as guests without having to create a user. Is there a way to do this on the free version?
