Change the order of billing and shipping address fields?

How do I change the order of the billing and shipping address fields during the checkout? The default has the postal code before the city which looks silly in the us. I am sure all us users would like this different, surprised I couldn't fin it in the forum...?

Current field and order:

Title* (removed)
First name*
Last name*
Address*
Post code (after state)
City*
Telephone* (after postal code)
Country* (removed)
State* (after city)

Maybe I'm retarded, but wasting hours on what should be simple thing. Crazy. Also tried changing the order in the Hikashop -> system -> checkout
