¿Tenéis algún plugin o componente para tener controlados los carros de compra abandonados?
Hay clientes que tienen pedidos a medias o los abandonan sin finalizar el pedido.
¿Se puede programar o automatizar un mensaje para estos casos?

If you want to configure it you'll can :
- Directly edit your emails via "Hikashop->System->Emails"
And
- Use option of the plugin through its configuration page.

Hola Mohamed y Nicolás, buenos días.
He configurado los tiempos del plugin reminder (solo para carros de compra) para que los envíe cuando un carro de compra lleva "X" segundos a un máximo de tiempo de espera de 1 día.
Después he configurado el correo Cart reminder notification con las traducciones de Joomla para que ponga el texto que quiero.
En Sistema, Cronológica el cron está activado, pero el plugin no trabaja.
Si hago click en la url del cron sí que envía los correos, pero no lo hace automáticamente.
Cuando hago click en la url envía a todos los usuarios todos los correos de carros de compra, en vez de enviar su carro de compra a cada usuario.
¿Qué me aconsejas?

Adjunto documento con todos los pantallazos.
En el último se puede ver como el mismo correo se envía a 3 usuarios diferentes.
No incluimos pantallazo de la activación del cron por motivos de seguridad.

Hi,

I checked on our end and it seems that you had deactivated the cron task at some point.
It's activated it back for you and it seems to be working now.
Please confirm how it goes for you now.

Hi,

I tried to access your website backend, but when I do with the access you provided I get the error:
"Username and password do not match or you do not have an account yet."
So I wasn't able to look at the situation there nor modify anything which would be linked to the error message of your last post.

Also, if I look online for your message I get this:

It explains that the issue is either that you don't have anymore space on your hosting, or that the tmp folder of your hosting is not writable. I would recommend you to contact your hosting support regarding this issue.

Then, please double check the credentials and make sure they are working and send again a message via our contact form so that we get the correct credentials.
