Well, it's possible to add that but that would require some development as you would have to do an override of the email preload file (which loads the data to be displayed in the email) to run some MySQL query to load the data of the files of the different products and then add it to the list of files displayed like it is done for the non free download files.
A developer would be able to work on that for you, but it's not a situation where you can just copy/paste two lines of code somewhere to achieve it.
