-- HikaShop version -- : HikaShop Business: 4.2.2
-- Joomla version -- : 3.9.13

since a few days I notice that when a customer goes to the checkout there are already a lot of items in the shopping cart and therefore a lot of around € 8000, - why this happens is a mystery to me.
Someone an idea, it is not because the customer has put so many items in his shopping cart.

Hi,

It could be a problem with caching or user sessions leading to many people sharing the same cart when that shouldn't be the case.
So if you have caching, trying turning it off.

Okay unfortunately that did not work, it appears that especially with mobile devices the shopping cart is not emptied for a next customer

Hi,

Well, then you need to think about what could have caused this.
You said that it started a few days ago.
What happened a few days (a week ?) ago on your website ?
Did you update something ? Added a new extension ? Or change some configuration ? Or maybe did something change at the hosting level (you might want to check with your hosting) ?

I think because I placed the plugin from J.amp, this also solved the problem of entering the address details on the checkout page on mobile phones.
without J. amp, the entry boxes were out of view (too wide).
I have now disabled the plugin but that is only a temporary solution.
so whether caching problems or cannot pay via mobile

I contacted J.amp but they say J.amp does nothing whit joomla caching, so its not there problem.

Hi,

Are you talking about this plugin ?
extensions.joomla.org/extension/jamp/
Using that extension to fix the width of address input fields on mobile is definitely not a solution.
Normally, you should be able to fix this with a bit of CSS.
JAmp generate static pages. So this won't work properly with ecommerce solutions which need to display dynamic elements on the pages (like the cart, the checkout, etc). So it's indeed probably that extension causing the problem.
If you have an issue with the width of address input fields on mobile, then please provide a link to the shop so that we can check on the situation and tell you what to do.

Yes that is the plugin that I use.
But there is much more going on so I have already sent an email via support.
otherwise it will be a bit confusing here on the forum I think.
Please respond to the support email.
