No free shipping when 1 product has weight

-- HikaShop version -- : 4.2.3
-- Joomla version -- : 3.9.15
-- PHP version -- : 7.3

Hi Hikashop team,

We have a strange issue.
When we order 2 product with one product without weight than we get no free shipping.
This was also an issue in version 4.2.2 (we updated this morning to 4.2.3)

Here you can see from which shipping methodes the system chooses one.


Hope you can tell me what I'm doing wrong.

Hi,

I see that you have also price restrictions on your shipping methods. But in that case, if you have the "include virtual product price" setting turned off in your shipping method, only the price of the product with a weight will be taken into account for the min/max price restrictions. I believe your situation comes from that.
