-- url of the page with the problem -- : theop11.sg-host.com
-- HikaShop version -- : 4.3.0
-- Joomla version -- : 3.9.0
-- PHP version -- : 7.3.18
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : Change login class

Hi,
In my login form (after adding a product and go to checkout) I can't see the the icon icon-user and icon-lock.
I'm using a bootstrap template and I know they use something like this <i class="fa fa-user"></i> and <i class="fa fa-lock"></i>
So I think I have to edit the classes in the login form.
Where can I find this file?
Please help me ;-)

Hi,

Under the "Advanced" tab of the HikaShop configuration, you have the "Use bootstrap v2 design" setting activated.
However, your template doesn't use bootstrap v2 but bootstrap v3:
theop11.sg-host.com/templates/joostrapba...ss/bootstrap.min.css
So either you want to deactivate that setting so that it doesn't rely on boostrap, or you'll have to edit the view file to change the HTML so that it is adapted to boostrap v3 instead of v2.
To know which view file to edit you can activate the "display view files" setting under the Advanced tab of the HikaShop configuration and then you can edit it via the menu Display>Views:
www.hikashop.com/support/documentation/1...-display.html#layout
That method will allow you to know which view file to edit for all area of HikaShop.

Hi Nicolas,

Thank you for this answer, I took the simple solution and switched Bootstrap v2 off and now it works.

Still have one problem but I think it is not a bootstrap issue.
In the checkout workflow I assign the Terms & Condions to the right article, but when I click the link in the front-end, it goes to a non excisting page and gives an error.
Tried all kind off things but this error remains.

Regards, Theo

By the way: My compliments for your GREAT SUPPORT!!!!!

Hello Theo,

I would recommend to activate first the "error reporting" and "debug mode" settings of the Joomla configuration.
Then, Can you give us more information about that error message showing through the term and conditions popup through some screenshots so that we can understand your issue ? Thank you !

Thank you for your feedback we really appreciate it !
Kind regards,
Mohamed.

Thanks but everything is solved by turning of bootstrap v2, since my site works with v3
