Clear cookies in order to make freight work

If I put a product in basket like 1 unit and freight cost 45 DKK it works first time. If increase to 10 products and value is more than 1000 DKK the freight is free and it works. If I decide decrease the amount and choose less products so the value is less than 1000 DKK the system do not put the freight again automatic?
I found out if I clear cashes it works again?
I think there is something wrong since I need to make clear cashes to make freight work again???

It clearly seems to be coming from an incompatibility with your cache, can you tell us which cache component (if not just the default joomla cache) you are using and how you configured it through some screenshots ? thank you.

I think it is normal caches. it was not activated in plugin?
I have tried to activate it, but the same.
If it is not the plugin, where do I find cache settings?
