Custom Shipping Plugin Cause Check out need to click twice on NEXT & FINISH

We encounter a problem here whereas
1) at the page of shipping method selection with our custom shipping plugin
no matter we put it at 3rd step of checkout with NEXT button or last step FINISH button
we both need to click TWICE to be able to proceed to next STEP

is there some thing we missed out in the code

What do you mean by "we both need to click TWICE to be able to proceed to next STEP", I just tested it and I just needed to click on the next button once to go to every next steps.

you can try click "proceed to payment" button

you will need to click twice to go next

if we change shipping method to other step, that step will need to hit twice for the next button

I just succeed to reproduce it, the issue is only happening when we change the selected shipping method and then click on "proceed to payment".

Can you test it with one of Joomla's default template to check if it's coming from a customization ? Thank you.
