Every once in a while some of our orders are completely missing the "Shipping Address" from both the order inside Hikashop "orders" and the notification email.
When I try to reproduce the issue, the shop forces me to either leave the "Same address for shipping" checkmark on, or if I turn it off it presents me with a separate shipping address to fill.
What could be causing these orders to come in without th shipping address? If a customer unchecks the "Same address for shipping" and then forgets to fill in the shipping address, I get a pageful of errors, so that cannot be it.
I checked the status of the account from the last order that was missing a shipping address and what I found was interesting:
The Order was missing the shipping address
The account itself was in someone else name but both names (the account holder and the separate billing and shipping account) had both the shipping and billing addresses on record.

Here is a screenshot of the User Profile. Note that it has two billing and shipping addresses one for a "Joseph" and one for a "Betsy" each with different addresses. There is no missing "Shipping Address" in the profile
