Guest Checkout Button not showing

Hi,

When I enable the Guest checkout checkbox in the checkout configuration (image 1) the button will nog show up (image 2). It looks like the parameter is not stored in the backend. When I do a vardump of the $this->options in the show_block_login.php I get an empty variable.
When I disable the if-statement the Guest button shows up and works.

FYI there are no overrides used

We tested it on an other site and it has the same behavior.
