No link to download after purchase

I had set up HikaShop to sell virtual goods: have several goods with Files attached to them, weight set to 0.00. I thought that customer should receive the link to download after purchase, but no link is shown in order history or elsewhere (e.g. in customer email).

Customer download area is enabled in settings.

What am I doing wrong? or do I need some extra plugin?

You should check your customer's order status and check if the download link is supposed to be available for that status via "Hikashop->System->Configuration->Order statuses".
