-- Joomla version -- : 3.9.22
-- PHP version -- : 7.3

Hi,

I have configured (I hope correctly) the userpoint plugins, all works perfectly execept at checkout process when user choosing to spend userpoint to reduce the order, the virtual coupon is correctly show at the end but not apply !

Hi,

Could you provide a screenshot of the both the user points payment method via the System>Payment methods menu and the user points plugin via the System>Plugins menu ?

Hello,

Please, can you try in your HikaShop User Points plugin to define the "Valid order statuses" with your confirmed order status.
In order to check every possibilities can you provide your order statuses listing (System dropdown => Order Statuses).

We analyzed your configuration and everything seems to well configured so far, but we were able to see your issue.
Our theory, is maybe that this issue come from some override on your checkout override view.
Now, to be sure of it, as it's a site in production, I let you process some tests with a default template like ProtoStar.

Hi philippe,

Thank-you to spend your time.

I have change the default template to protostar in checkout pages on my sandbox server with copy of entire website and issue still the same...

I try to search too and I don't know why. My client don't want fidelity points as payement methode and it's a problem.
