Show Shipping Cost Without Having to Log In

Hi there,

Is it possible to somehow display the shipping cost, in the cart, without having customers login or create an account.

I've seen it where you can enter a post code to get an estimate of the shipping cost of the items in your cart without creating an account or log in. I would like to do this, if possible, as I think it could eliminate abandon orders.
