Error 1051 when checking out

Hi,

Testing my store now. I have Stripe Connect V3 installed. Not sure if it's configured correctly, but when I tried to do a test checkout, I got an Error 1051.

I took a screenshot of the page.

Please advise.

Hello,

There is no SQL query on the HikaShop user table made by the Stripe Connect plugin.
But there is an old issue in HikaMarket for a possible SQL error while sending emails ; issue which has been solved and the patch was published.

As usual : You should enable temporally the error debug mode in your Joomla global configuration in order to retrieve more details about the error and where it comes from.

Hi,

Thanks. I tried it with PayPal too and got the same error, so I already worked that out.

Error logging is in developer mode. What do I do next / where do I find the patch? Should I just reinstall Hikamarket?

Hi,

I can't figure out where the problem is. But since you have confirmed that it is a problem with Hikamarket, can I send you an admin login so you can take a look? I need to get this fixed.

I really don't want to have to try to fix bugs on a component that should really just work out of the box.

Update. I tried uninstaling and reinstalling Hikamarket.

Did not fix the problem.

Please can you use the credentials I sent in the private message here, and login and figure out why your component is not working?

I haven't made any changes to the database, so I don't understand why this isn't working. I do need it fixed though, or this component is basically useless.

I really need your component to work. Please could you login with the credentials I sent and figure out what's wrong with it?

As I said, I have not made any changes to the tables, so there's no good reason why this should be happening.

UPDATE: Just checked the database via the Joomla backend. According to that, there are no issues.

I REALLY need to know why your component is doing this, and how to fix it.

ADDITIONAL UPDATE: I have tried to repair the database. There are no errors.

PLEASE ADVISE HOW TO MAKE YOUR COMPONENT WORK. Thanks.

Hello,

You should enable temporally the error debug mode in your Joomla global configuration in order to retrieve more details about the error and where it comes from.

CF : docs.joomla.org/How_to_debug_your_code#Joomla_Debug_Console

The Debug Console can be enabled from the Joomla! Global Configuration, System tab, by setting the Debug System option to Yes. Once enabled the output of the debug plugin will be displayed at the bottom of each page.

That console also display the "debug backtrace" when you have an error ; which allow to understand the nature and the location of the issue.

Hi,

Just activate the "debug mode" setting in the Joomla configuration. Then, go to the checkout again where you had the error 1051 and do a screenshot of that page. You'll that the error message contains more information as well as a "call stack" which we need to understand what is the problem. From there, we can tell you what to do.

Thanks. I had already posted to another thread.

As mentioned there, this is happening on more than one site, with different templates and different components and plugins.

The common thread is Hikamarket, so I am pretty sure this is related to that component.

I was going to rebuild the whole site, but since it does seem that this is a bug, I don't want to take the time to do that if it's just going to give me the same error.

Screenshot is attached. I have also created an Admin account and can send details (again) if you need to access that.

Please re-download HikaMarket 3.1.1, the package will update your website and force the application of the fix for the HikaMarket mail class.

Thank you! That FINALLY worked. Second time in as many days I have reinstalled that. Was the patched version just not uploaded? Because I notice the latest version has today's date on it?

Hello,

The patch has been submitted on October 26 and was included as an hotfix in HikaMarket package.
Since your call-stack was indicating the same issue, I re-generate a new package from my computer in order to be absolutely sure that the "hot patch" was right there.
