Order cancelled minutes after payment recieved

Hi guys,

When I get a payment notification, a few minutes later there is a mail send (to me AND the customer) that the payment is cancelled.
This happened a few times now and I see an update for the payment module of Hikashop, but ....



HELP !!!

Hi,

First, when you get such an error on a Joomla website, please activate the "error reporting" and "debug mode" settings of the Joomla configuration and access that page again.
You'll get more information on the error message as well as a call stack which will allow us to understand what's going on and help you.
Could you please do that and report your findings ?

Hi,

It seems you have an old version of the mollie plugin and it's trying to updating itself and fails as it doesn't load HikaShop's helper.
I would recommend downloading the latest version of the plugin and manually installing it on your website to get the update.
If you still have the issue after that, you'll have to contact the developer of the plugin.
