Checkout loop in last step when purchasing download product AND shipped product.

Hi!

I am having a problem when customers add a download product AND a shipped product to their cart.

In that case, after clicking the submit button, I am in a loop and the page refreshes without an error message.

The checkout page shows everything fine: Shipping costs for the shipped products, free shipping for the download product, then both payment methods.

When I order the items separately, it works fine so it cannot be caused by the payment methods.

What could it be then? The tax? Shipped products have tax zone Germany, download products have the tax zone of the billing address, but they are displayed correctly in the cheout page.

Any ideas?

Hello,

Can you try to process a test with a default template like protoStar to see if that solve your issue ?
because, it seems (but can't be sure) that you have an error JS that come from directly from your current template.

If that solve your issue, then your best move is to contact your template creator support.

Hi!

I just tested it. The same happens with Protostar Template. :-(
There's absolutey no error / warning message on the page or in the browser console...

Hi,

In HikaShop 4.4.0, we have this fix :

We fixed an issue we had through the checkout when using multiple warehouses with products which didn't had any shipping method available.

And in the 4.4.1, we have this fix:

The errors from the shipping methods loading system for products with warehouses didn't work properly in some cases.

So the fact that you don't have an error even though you're blocked from proceeding is likely a combination of both issues.
Updating HikaShop to the latest version should hopefully fix the problem.
