Activate option of changing product quantity/amount in cart and checkout process

-- HikaShop version -- : 4.4.5
-- Joomla version -- : 3.10.5
-- PHP version -- : Multiple
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Multiple

When showing the cart and checkout process the option of changing the amount/quantity of each product is gone! There is only the amount and delete product. No update option, no field to chance quantity or save changes features.
I have also tried the Joomla default template but is did not show it either.

How do I activate it?

Hello,

To reach this quantity option in these 2 different context, and allow to define product quantity, follow me step by step :
For the Checkout :
1. From Main HikaShop configuration, go to Checkout tab
2. In Checkout Workflow part, find every Cart block (if you use more than one of course)
3. To allow your cart part to be editable you must set it on "Read only"

For your Cart :
1. Go to Extensions => Modules
2. Use the search input with "Cart" in order to find the relative module
3. Click on his title to edit, and go to HikaShop options tab
4. In Data Display part, you will find many option, and among them Product quantities option.

Hope this will help you to fit your needs.

Both these settings are as they should and as you write. But still nothings shown - not even in the cart module can the quantity be changed :(
Also even though the "delete" option in the module is set to yes, the option is not there in frontend...

Did you check the main configuration, from your Main HikaShop Configuration in Display tab, and Product options part

This seems to be the issue.
But if activated the user can't add products to the cart as they have to "accept cookies" - but no where is the option for this given?
Also I if the user does not accept they can't use the shop at all - and they don't know this when making there decision?
