New account registering "hangs" at check-out

Hi Nicolas,

When we register as a new customer in connection with check out, the rotating ring is displayed and nothing more happens. The user is correctly registered and an activation email is sent. How can we fix this issue, please?

Hi,

It's seems to be an issue with the activation page display.
One of the fixes of Hikashop 4.5.0 is precisely about this:

The display of the activation page after registration on the checkout didn't work properly in some cases.

So I suppose updating your HikaShop should fix the problem.

Ehm ..., HikaShop states, that version 4.4.5 is the latest stable version:

"You have the latest stable version of HikaShop Business: 4.4.5"

How come? :)

Hi,

We didn't activate yet the auto update. To update, you need to manually download the install package of the latest version on our website and install it on your website via the joomla extension install interface.
