Wizardbar checkout covers popup notify

Hi,

A small but anoying issue during the checkout.
In step 1 (Cart) it's possibe to increase the ordered quantity of a product. If the actual stock is exceeded, a popup shows up for a few seconds. The message notifies about the maximum quantity possible.

However the popup is 'beneath' the wizardbar, so it is partly covered by the wizardbar. The desired behaviour would be the popup covering the wizardbar.
It has to do with the z-index I suppose. I can't find a way to correct this behaviour.
