Hi,

I've been searching how to change or hide the placeholder text which is appearing in the "Password" field of my login form which is used during the checkout process.

I would keep it, but the username field doesn't have any placeholder text so it looks odd.

I've been into the login-form view associated with my template - I have found where it says placeholder text and deleted it, but it doesn't seem to make any difference.

Not sure if this is the right file or should I be looking somewhere else.

Sorry if this has been answered before - I've attached a couple of screenshots for illustration purposes.

Hoping you can help me out on this.

Kind Regards

D

Hi,

I would recommend you to use the "display view files" setting of the HikaShop configuration when you want to know which view file is used where.
You would have seen that it is the checkout/sub_block_login_form.php view file which is used there.
