Np prices and Payment methods on mobile checkout

Dear Hika Team,

I have another problem.

On desktop the checkout works fine (apart from the login problem, see my previous post), but on mobile no price is calculated and no payment methods are visible.

When the customer clicks "Volgende" (Next) can download the file for free.

How can I solve this?

Hi,

If the total amount is zero, then the HikaShop checkout will proceed without displaying any payment method selection. That's normal.
It's the same for the shipping method selection. It won't appear if it is not necessary to ship the products in the cart.

From what I understand of your screenshot, like looks like you created a product called "kadobon", and that product has a characteristic with values which are prices. And you've added variants to this product for these values. However, you didn't configure anything in the "prices" area of either the main product, or the individual variants of the product.
So they all have no price. That's why the total amount is zero in the cart.
So you want to edit each variant, under the "variants" tab of the product edit form, and in the "prices" area, click on the "+" icon to add a price with the value corresponding to the variant you're editing. Validate the price, save the variant, and repeat for each variant.
HikaShop will then see these prices and the total amount won't be zero anymore.

Hi Nicolas thank you for your answer but the thing is that I HAVE set the prices for each variant.
And it works perfectrly on the desktop.
Only not on mobile.

I'm sorry but I don't know what you mean wit url to relative products.

It is about this product:

So I made an Characterisitic with the name Downloaden. [1]
This charachteristic has 5 values: Choose amount... - € 25,00 - €50,00 - € 75,00 - € 100,00

Next I made a product called Kadobon and added the characteristic. [2]

Next I added the variants in de charachteristic tabs with prices and added a pdf file for each variant to download [3 and 3a]

But I did all that right because on the laptop it all works perfectly.

Only on the mobile phone no shipping methods appear in the checkout and no price is calculated in the cart so the customer can download the file for free as soon as he clicks Next.

Hi,

I'm not able to reproduce what you're describing on your website.
Whether I use a computer or a mobile device, on both, I get the same result.
And on both, the result is different from what you describe in either case.
On my end, regardless of which variant of the product I select, and regardless of whether I'm on a computer or a mobile device, I always get a price of 1€ in the cart:

And this doesn't correspond to what you have on your screenshots.

However, if I look at the HTML of the product page, I can see that HikaShop sees the proper price for each variant:

So this tell me that the problem is probably not with how the product itself is setup.
You must have something which overrides the price of the product in some way.
For example, you might have the "price caclulations" plugin ( www.hikashop.com/marketplace/product/148...ce-calculations.html ) configured in a way which sets a price of 1€. Or you might have configured a discount which changes the price of the product. Or you might have a custom plugin which changes the price of the products on the fly.

I guess we'll have to check what you have configured in your website because there is something wrong somewhere and the information you provided is not enough to understand what is wrong. Could you provide a backend access via our contact form ?

Hi,

I'm not sure what happened. However, after deleting the 50€ variant and recreating it, the price appears again properly.
I wasn't able to add back the file that was attached to it. Please add it back yourself.
