Change checkout URL

Hello!

Is it possible to change the checkout URL?
For example right now is index.php/hikashop-menu-for-user-control-panel/checkout and i would like to change it to index.php/cart/checkout

I see now that the URL comes from menus. If you are in a product and click add to cart, the checkout URL is index.php/hikashop-menu-for-brands-listing/checkout

but if you are in article and click add to cart the checkout URL is index.php/hikashop-menu-for-user-control-panel/checkout

why is it different in each case?

It is possible.
You can create a menu item of the type "HikaShop checkout" via the Joomla menu manager, and then select this menu item in the "Force menu on checkout" setting of the HikaShop configuration:

The URL of the checkout will then be:
index.php/{alias of the parent menu item}/{alias of the menu item}
So, if you create that checkout menu item with the alias "checkout", and select a menu item item with the alias "cart" as parent, you will get the URL you talk about in your example.
Of course, if the checkout menu item doesn't have a parent, then you can have only index.php/checkout as the URL of the checkout.
And you can even remove the "index.php" part of the URL if you configure Joomla's SEF settings to not need it:
