how can we have note for each product in our cart like attached screenshot ?

Hi,

Create a custom field of the table "item" and of the type "textarea" via the menu Display>Custom fields.
That way, you'll be able to enter a text in this custom field for each product, before adding them in the cart. And you can then modify the text for the products in the cart.
