Hi.
1) How to restrict the display of the "custom field" to only some products ? On the "custom field" panel I see only the possibility to restrict a custom field to categories.
2) In a product page, how to show a "custom filed" between two characterictics
Thanks a lot.

Hi,

1. You can create an unpublished category, restrict the custom field to that category, and then add that category as a second category to the products where you want that field to appear.

2. There is no option to do that. It would actually be quite complex to do as the system hasn't been designed to allow for that.

Hi, thanks.
1)
It seems that custom field has only one label, not depending from the Language.
Is there any way to change custom field label depending on the Language ?
2)
How to change the width of a custom field? It's too long even if the maximum number of character to enter is low (ie: 2 or 3)
3)
How to delete the "*" symbol of a custom field? In general, how to customize the view of a "custom filed"

The result that I have now is the one showed in the image attached

Thanks

Hi,
1. You'll probably find your answer through this thread :

You can use joomfish to translate the custom field via the joomfish interface. You just have to edit the contentelement xml file of the product table ( administrator/components/com_joomfish/contentelements/hikashop_product.xml ) and add your custom field and then you will be able to translate it via joomfish's interface.
However, to do that directly via the edition page of products in HikaShop would require that you change the code at several places. It's not a small change...

2. You'll have to use some CSS code.
3. By using some CSS code, or customizing some file of hikashop views through the page "Hikashop->Display->Views"
