Is there a component or a plugin that allows you to make an estimate based on product characteristics and then allows the payment of the same? I want my customers to make a quote on a service that we offer and then are directed to the cashier to pay. Thank you!

I didn't understand what you are looking for. Could you please give me an example of what you want or be more specific ?

I would need a form where users can fill in the fields to make a calculation of the cost of some services, digital printing and mailing of parcels on the basis of the measures that fit. Then did the calculation, the customer can add the product to your cart and pay for the service. Is there a plugin or a component that combined with hikashop do this?

I guess you can do that with the characteristic and options.
Create a new product and create a product for each service you want to add (digital printing etc...) including it price.
Add these options to your main product and your customer will be able to select or not the additional services.
It will give a final product with option that the client can buy.
