How to change the email's text?

Hi,
Note that you'll be able to edit the text of your email by :
- editing your translation file
- directly editing the code of your emails through "Hikashop->System->Emails"

I'm not seeing the System->Emails menu. Is that part of Essential?

As Mohamed said, you can directly edit the emails in order to find the desired string to change.
The email translations are in the language file.
