Email Confirmation after registration - New field

Hi All,
i added a new field in Registration Form , called Name.

I would like that:
1) New field goes on first position on Registration Form; how can i do this?

2) in Email Confirmation , i'd like that the "Hello message" is " Ciao "field:nome" .; How can i do this?

i tried to change it one more time, and now it seems work!

But, i would like to create a email user confirmation, in Html. Is it possible?

I mean, email with Title Image, tables, ecc ecc...
