struggling with categories and options

Want to add delivery options for wedding cakes, we deliver in person based on distance from bakery, so for example hotel1 may be £10, Hotel2 may be £15, Hotel3 may be £30 etc. Obviously only one choice should be selected, and the cost added to the total. Would appreciate advice on best way to achieve this.
Trying options but this has opportunity to add more than one delivery option so not sensible.
Also is there a setting to remove display of stock level, as we make each cake to order this is not relevant to our business.

Thanks Nicolas, will try your suggestion re the delivery options. Could you provide a bit more detail re how to remove display of stock level? Not clear/obvious how to do this when looking at the web url above in point 2. thnx.
