Options selected not shown in cart or checkout

What are your settings for the option "Group options with product" in Configuration > Main > Cart ?

i'try to explain with my bad english.
my settings for the option "Group options with product" in Configuration > Main > Car is yes
in the cart is only setting with price changes other without price change is not shown and the same in the bill
i want that tha customer choose shoes size and color and it shoud not change tha price but shown in the cart and in the bill after
i want to make a few options without price change: option "0 euro"
i have see the demo shop option, setting and have make the same thing i think but it doesn't work

i forget to tell you the options what does not cost but choosen shown after if i go to kassa as indication :option not more available(see screen shot 2 )
i have choose unlimited by options and product
