I really like the design and layout of the demo website. is there a way to get it as a template? demo.hikashop.com/index.php?lang=en

The template is custom built or our demo website. You won't be able to use it easily on your website, especially that it has been made for Joomla 2.5, not Joomla 3.x. So even though we could potentially provide it to you, you wouldn't be able to do much with it.
