Characteristics advice...

Our store sells jewelry in three different types: sterling silver, gold filled and 14k gold. Each product has an image of each metal type and the price of each is different.

So, product A can come in sterling, gold filled or 14k, but the sterling product A is different in price than product B and so on. We also have images of each product in each different metal type.

We currently use the free version of hikashop - in which version would we be able to do the following:
- Have the same product code but have the ability to change between the different metal types
- change the image with each metal type
- change the price of each metal type for EACH product

Can this be done with the free version?

They already do have the same product code. It's a drop-ship vendor that we use. I see where it changes the price in the demo link - thank you for that! I wasn't sure based on what we were looking at if it was possible to change the price of each characteristic in the free version.
