built site for customer, i'm superadmin, she is administrator.
she doesnt have fields like 'code'
does it have anything to do with rights
or....

You can find our ACL system in Configuration > ACLs.

in the backend
if they add a product they see lesser options then i can see
like the field 'code'

Hi,

We have nothing to hide these fields, so if it's hidden that's potentially because you have an override.
Thanks to check in Display > Views if you have an override on the view "product / form" or "product / info" (backend template).

It can maybe be too a fatal error on the page, thanks to set the error reporting level (Joomla option) to "maximum" in order to see if there is an error on the page.

didn't make any changes in backend field
could it have anything to do with their browsersettings or something?

Hi,

I don't think that it's related on his browser, but could you turn the error reporting level to maximum, connect as administrator and see if there is any fatal error returned on the product edition page ?

tried that, i dont have any problems connecting as administrator i see the field my client says they are missing
it is so, with her new computer
maybe the fault its not in hikashop
