availability of each size

how can I set the size of my products and the availability of each size? I only found an availability field.

Hi,

You need to create a characteristic with all the possible sizes, add the characteristic to your product(s) and then, via the "manage variants" button of each product, you can edit each variant of the product and enter the quantity/availability of each variant:
