Best CSV editor

Wich one is the best editor for csv, ivé tried with excel but sometimes it gives me problems when i upload the file.

OpenOffice works good with csv files or you can try CSVed and RecordEditor

We can't really tell which csv editor is the best one, we use the Office starter pack and don't have issues with it.
The problems come maybe from the configuration of your excel.

You can potentially try too editors like OpenOffice, LibreOffice, Google editor online, etc.
