can't switch the shop-module options

hey guys,
i am currently testing the hockshop-system for our new online shop. Everything works well, except the modules. When i add the shop content module to my main page, only the header of the module shows up.
I looked for a solution in the topics and i've found one (hope it is the right one).
The Solution: change the show shop-module options.

The problem i got now, is that when i change those options and save them, they switch back to the default settings like they used to be...

Are you saying you can't save changes in the module as shown in screenshot? Are you accessing it via HikaShop backend -> Anzeige -> Shop-Module? Can you save changes in other HikaShop content menus/modules? Eventually delete this module and create a new one?

Module settings:
1. Spaltenanzahl & Artikelanzahl: Not critical, but just wondering: are you sure you want to display 20 products in only one single column?
2. Filter für Unterelemente & Kategoriezuordnung: If all your products are in other categories than the main "product category" and you choose "Direkte Unterelemente", then no product will show, as "product category" has no direct subelement. So, either pick a different category, or select a different filter type.
3. Menü: It makes sense (and if only for a "good" URL) to select a menu item of a product listing which contains at least all the products to be shown in the module. Can be a menu item in a hidden menu as well, if you prefer.

Reviewing and eventually changing these settings should display the products you want.

That are the settings i would like to change.. but when i save for example 4 products and the adminsite loads new after i saved it, it doesn't show 4 products it shows 20 products again.

I accessed it via the backend-> can't change the options
I also tried to switch it in my jsn poweradmin -> then i get this: The requested URL /administrator/index.php&tmpl=component was not found on this server.

The currency Modul shows only the price option field, not sure if this is correct.
And the shopping cart model looks alright.

Did you try deleting the module and re-creating it from scratch?
On save, are you getting the green "Hinweis: Erfolgreich gespeichert"? Or any error?

Else you can do:
a.) Check for errors with your browser console.
b.) One by one, disable extensions/plugins other than Joomla core and HikaShop, and retry each time. Begin with Poweradmin!
c.) Post if things work ok, or if you find errors which you can't resolve yourself, or if trouble persists anyway. Might then well be a case of the official support here.

And deleting the poweradmin doesn't work.
