Hello there!

I am having a problem when updating cities, we're using the store locally in Israel, and not using zones - my client has the shop owner put in about 200+ cities in the select box, when we try to add new cities now we're getting the 403 errors,

i have read somewhere to delete cache and cookies, i tried that but no luck!
please help!

thanks,

Joe

Hi,

Can you provide a backend access to your website so that we can check your settings ?
You can use our contact form for that. Make sure that you also provide a link to this thread in your message.

Hi,

Unfortunately, the access your provided doesn't allow us to log on your backend.

I'm thinking that the issue is with your PHP settings which limit the amount of inputs you can have on a page:
stackoverflow.com/questions/9399315/how-...post-variable-in-php
So I wanted to check your system information to tell you which one. But I guess you can check it yourself.
It could be max_input_vars or post_max_size or suhosin.post.max_vars which would need to be increased in your server settings.
You might actually need to ask your hosting company to increase that.

Hi,

Yes, we got the access working.

The issue is indeed what Nicolas was talked about in his previous message with the max_input_vars variable set to a maximum of 1000 input boxes per form.
You need to see with your system administrator or hosting company to increase that PHP variable if you want to keep adding more cities to your custom field.

Otherwise, the fields are limited and some inputs are not received by PHP ; which generate the error you got.
