Hi,

I don't know if it's J. specific or HS specific.
When I go really deep like 5th stage in the tree my breadcrumbs cut at least one.

E.g.:
dev.alg.net.pl/sklep/product/8-trodat-49...-x-14-mm-do-4-wersow
one step higher:
dev.alg.net.pl/sklep/category/33-automat...-oprawie-plastikowej

It cut at least one item in the breadcrumb.

How come? And how do I get full path in the breadcrumb like all the time?

Try to set the first option here to "No": www.hikashop.com/support/support/documen...ig.html#features_sef

Thanks.

This is what I was talking about. WHY did you turn this on - to create confusion?
You make such settings from the start which make everything 0 or "zero state", not turn off things, complicate things, make some corresponding settings, etc.
This is UX and it's bad in HS...

Are you still here to complain, bitch around, insult and throw unnecessary comments wherever possible?

If you check around, you are a rare exception: most everyone is very happy with the flexibility, possibilities and performance of HikaShop, even though it and its default configuration can hardly be everybody's darling. Additionally (!), the developers are literally restless with both improving it further (also thanks to them listening to us here) and supporting it (even for users with an attitude like yours) in a truly outstanding way - no matter if someone has the free Starter version or has paid the ridiculous lump sum that the commercial ones cost - all so you can make tons of money out of your on-line shop.

Now, get a life, and a better attitude towards other people and their efforts in getting you a good product and help with it.

A user just like you. Except... happy and content.

I don't care. People have strange, idiotic problems concerning the script and it proves that there ARE many things to improve.
I'm not bitching and I demand you stop this at once. I'm not offending you so don't offend ME.

I paid for the software it has numerous mistakes or creates problems where, after so much development (come on, it's 2.4.0, not 0.4!) it should be GREAT, at least!

So, for you, with such low expectations and cozy life, stop bitching about ME. Stick to someone else, leave my work to me.

If developers do so much work then maybe something's wrong with this work?
I don't care. It's paid software and I have every right to comment on its faults.
The question is - does Hika still want to be this silly, unusable script or be better and improve?
Translation error, UX mistakes, something doesn't work here (oh, it was Joomla's update problem... OMFG and Joomla developers are another story) - something here, there, always "something", always can't find as something is hidden or doesn't work.
This is bitching? NO. This is critical thinking.

Go get yourself your own life. Don't waste my time.

In addition to your previous posts in other threads, this most recent one is only one more proving my point:

...complain, bitch around, insult and throw unnecessary comments wherever possible...

Blah blah blah...

Well, I'm giving HS a chance. Can I? Will you allow me to? Thanks!

Hi,

This option is turned off by default because it requires an extra parameter in the URL and we had more questions about how to remove that parameter from the URL than questions about how to have intermediate categories in the breadcrumbs display.
We of course try to set the default settings the best possible to make it easier for people to setup their shop (which reduce the amount of questions to answer for us). So we have the same goal here.
We'll be happy to get feedback of UX improvement ideas. You can post them in the "General talk about HikaShop" section of this forum. We'll be happy to discuss your ideas with you to see what can be improved and how.
