custom field

Hello there,

I have attachted a picture of 2 customfields. 1 is with the radio button selection "nieuwe aanvragen" or "verhuizen". The second is the textfield field below. the radio buttons. Our problem is, that we've limited the custom field of the text, to the button verhuizen. But if the first option is selected only the label is not shown, but the text field will stay. Is this a bug?
We only want the text to show up when the second radiobutton is selected to be shown. But this is only working with the label name. Please help

the first custom field is this:
Nieuwe domeinnaam of verhuizing van hosting
(Radiobutton)Nieuw aanvragen (radiobutton)Verhuizen *
the second custom field is this one:
autorisatiecode
Mail de autorisatiecode, welke u op kunt vragen bij uw hostingprovider (waar u de domeinnaam heeft aangekocht) naar This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. onder vermelding van het bestelnummer van deze order.
I attachted the backend of this custom field.
When clicked on the radio button "Verhuizen"
The label of the second custom field is shown.
But the text field is continue showing. That's not correct.
We want the whole custom field, the label and text only be shown when clicked on the radiobutton "verhuizen

as i earlier explained when radio button is turned to "verhuizen" only the label appears, but the text field attached to this customfield is already showing? but also has to appear when the radio button will be put on "verhuizen"

i did sent u a few days ago in my latest reply a username and password to log in to the frontend of the site we're building. I quoted it as a hidden field only for u to see.. did u received it? and did u take a look.
