Is it possible to add a custom description (about the shop, prices, discounts, sending-options, etc...) above the product list on this page?

Hi,

Yes. Edit the category via the menu Products>Categories and enter your text in the description of the category.
Then, in your listing menu, that you can edit via the menu Display>Content menus, you can turn on the "show description" option in order to display it.
