about advanced datepicker plugin in order

-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : Incorrect date for the field '希望出貨日期'

It could display the correct advanced datepicker plugin correctly.
But after submit the order. It always display Incorrect date for the field '希望出貨日期' (this is custom-field's Chinese name)

I have solved this problem by setting php.ini default timezone from default to Asia/Taipei.
