Set PACK quantities for certain level of users

I analyzed the documentation and many forum threads about Minimum and Maximum quantities and I was not able to get an answer or solution for my need which I guess might be solved in another way.

For non retail clients I want to sell them my product by PACK quanitty, this is:

You can buy 6, 12, 18, 24 units, but not 17 or 13. For each product could be different quantity in the PACK.

Is this feature enabled in some way, some parameter I don't get to find?

OK. I think I finally got it.
