Yes.
You need to:
1. Install a user group tag extension like that: documentation.form2content.com/f2c-exten...t-restriction-plugin
2. create one user group per article
3. add a user group tag in your joomla article with the pay to see content in the tag
4. add a product for that article in HikaShop and configure the "user group after purchase" setting of the product to the group corresponding to that article restricted content.
5. add a second user group tag in your joomla article so that users not in that user group see an add to cart button of that product (you can use the HTML from the "Add to cart HTML link" button of the product).

This will require the Business edition of HikaShop.
