Error on creating new category

Hello there,

Here's what i done: I edited a category by assigning it at the root by mistake ; actually, i wanted assign it in "product category".
Then, i read this topic and this , i changed the IDs category in database and rebuilt category tree in backend. Everything seems work except that i cannot create a new category anymore (saving an existing category works).
Debug mode shown me duplicated queries (please see in "Error message on the page" field above), but don't understand, i'm not a developer.

Help please.
