Sub category not displayed in add product admin page

Hi to all,
i have a problem related to the sub-categories display.
In my e-commerce i have categories, sub-categories and sub-sub-categories. When i try to add a product to a sub-category, the system don't display it. See the image in attachment that explain better the problem. Categories marked in red have sub-categories, but they are not displayed.
This problem happens only for the catgories marked in red, it's very strange.
Can you help me please?

Hi, i upgrade the Kikashop version but the problem is still not solved. Categories don't work as expected. Can you check it on my website please? We cannot work with this problem.

Hi Nicolas, thank you very much, i solved deleting the bad root category and assigning the 0 value to the the new root category.
